The person making a booking may also provide information about family members or other participants. Please make those participants aware of this Privacy Policy where appropriate.
We may also receive limited information through our website, booking system, payment providers and other service providers used to operate our business.

We may use personal information to:

We rely on the following lawful bases:
Contract: where processing is necessary to respond to a booking request or provide the photography services and products requested.
Legal obligation: where information must be retained or used to meet tax, accounting or other legal requirements.
Legitimate interests: where processing is reasonably necessary to operate, administer and protect our business, maintain records or establish and defend legal claims, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
Consent: where you have agreed to receive marketing, provided relevant health information or separately permitted the promotional use of photographs.
Where relevant health information is requested for session planning or safety, we collect only what is reasonably necessary and rely on explicit consent where required. You may withdraw that consent, although this may affect our ability to provide the session safely or as requested.
5. PHOTOGRAPHS AND PROMOTIONAL USE
We create and process photographs to provide the photography services you have requested.
We will not use identifiable client photographs for our website, portfolio, social media, advertising, competitions, publications or other promotional purposes unless permission has been provided through a separate model release or another clear agreement.
Where promotional use is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent for future use by contacting us. Withdrawal will not affect processing that was lawful before consent was withdrawn or material that cannot reasonably be recalled after lawful production or publication.
6. MARKETING
We may send occasional news, seasonal-session announcements and priority booking opportunities where you have asked or agreed to receive them, or where we are otherwise permitted to contact an existing customer about similar photography services.
You may opt out at any time by using an unsubscribe option, replying “unsubscribe” to a marketing email or contacting info@tamarakublashvili.photography.
